Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchased assets are generally non-refundable once delivery of the digital content has begun.

Please carefully review the product description, screenshots, previews, demos, file formats, compatibility information, and included contents before making a purchase.

Digital Content Access and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.

However, for digital content supplied electronically, this right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery of the digital content has begun, provided that you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Once delivery of the digital content has begun, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The digital content has not been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, and a refund is requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • The asset contains corrupted files, missing files, or technical defects that substantially prevent normal use.

  • A duplicate purchase or billing error has occurred.

  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

In cases involving defective or inaccessible products, Layer Lab may first provide technical support, replacement files, updates, or corrections. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved after verification, a refund may be issued at Layer Lab's discretion or as required by law.

Legal Notice

Layer Lab complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including the laws of the Republic of Korea and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.

Layer Lab reserves the right to take additional actions as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.
